They don't think much about what they eat, how they move, or whether they slow down enough to be present.
And I get it. That's how we were all raised to think about health.
But everything you do changes how your genes are expressed.
Every input matters.
The problem is that medicine is still treating us like complicated machines.
Put in a drug, get a predictable output.
Find the broken part, fix it, move on.
That works for a robot. It doesn't work for a human being.
We are complex systems, not complicated ones.
We have unpredictability. We have interactions between systems that can't be reduced to a single cause and effect.
That's why I stepped away from conventional medicine.
I wanted to work with the whole system, not just manage the decline.
The goal isn't to postpone death as long as possible.
The goal is to actually understand how the system works and give it what it needs to thrive.
What's one thing you do that you think actually changes how you feel at a deeper level?
