Follow simple dance exercise on YouTube,
Exercise through playing a sport with your loved ones,
Doing stretches every one hour sitting in your desk,
Go for a 10-minute walk after meals,
Do bodyweight exercises while watching TV,
Take the stairs instead of the elevator
It doesn't matter how small you start.
What matters is that you keep moving
Small consistent habits today = a stronger, sharper, healthier you tomorrow.
