After trying almost all of them, here are my top three and what we recommend to our clients.
1. The Garmin watch.
These are great for exercise, heart rate, and even sleep if you can sleep in it. I like all of the Fenix models and the Marq Athlete models as well.
2. The Whoop Strap.
Whoop is great for sleep and recovery, and has the added benefit of not having a distracting screen attached to it.
3. The Ultrahuman Ring.
This ring is a newer wearable that can actually connect to other devices such as a glucose monitor and give you real time stats and recommendations using AI. This has replaced my Garmin watch unless I’m exercising.
