That is actually a good thing.
I had a client who came to me confused.
She said I told her to watch out for things that cause high stress.
But when she exercised, her stress went really high.
She wanted to know if she should stop working out that intensely.
My answer was no.
The stress peak from exercise is not the problem.
What matters is how fast your body gets back to baseline.
If your stress stays high through the night after an intense workout, you probably should not do another intense one the next day.
But if you get back to baseline quickly, that is perfect.
Because stress is what creates positive outcomes for us.
People think stress is a bad thing.
But stress is really what contributes to longevity and healthy longevity.
