Try these:
Dim the lights or switch to a warm lamp (2 hours before bed)
Put your phone in the living room at least 30 minutes before sleep
Use a physical alarm clock
Do a cat-cow stretch
Do 4-7-8 breathing (inhale 4 sec, hold 7 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds, repeat 3x
Lay still with eyes closed (scan your body from head to toe)
Use lavender oil and massage your temples with your fingers
Sleep in a cold, dark room
Spray magnesium oil on your feet then put on your socks
Put legs up wall for 2 minutes if anxious
