Peptides vs. Stem Cells: Why I'm More Cautious About One Than the Other #peptides #stemcells

Of all the regenerative options out there right now, stem cells are the ones I'm most cautious about.

The research is still developing and the variables are harder to control.

Peptides are a different story.

They're small pieces of protein.

The body already knows what they are.

It recognizes them as familiar.

Even if you were to take too much, the body tends to just notice the surge and move on.

It doesn't spiral into a stress response the way it might with a foreign compound.

That kind of built-in tolerance matters a lot when you're thinking about long-term use.

You want interventions the body can work with, not ones it constantly has to manage.

That's a big part of why I find peptides so compelling right now.

What's your experience been with regenerative medicine or biologics?
